My premium fitness and yoga coaching includes a combination of yoga and strength training to suit your individual needs. 

Choose to focus on just yoga and mindfulness, or combine yoga with other forms of fitness training, including strength training and cardio.

All training is done with an intention of mindfulness, with a strong focus on form, breathing and mindset. My unique coaching method helps you to balance mind, body and soul and build confidence, self awareness and empowerment.

Pay as you go sessions includes a regularly updated program. Programs usually run from 6-10 weeks. Can be held in person, dependant on location, or online via zoom.

3 Month Program

If you often struggle with commitment and accountability when it comes to your health and fitness, my 3 month program is designed to help you commit, once and for all, to becoming a fitter, healthier, more balanced version of you!

This program includes 1-3 sessions per week depending on the package you choose. Sessions include a unique combination of fitness and yoga. Besides this you will receive additional resources including journaling prompts, guided meditations and training videos, to help you develop mindset and mindfulness practices outside of our sessions.

Can be held in person, dependant on location, or online via zoom.
