I created Flow Fitness in order to bring people together to enjoy the benefits of connection, community, movement and mindfulness.Ā 

This is more than just your average yoga class - it's an opportunity toĀ join a supportive communityĀ and attend social events with like-minded people.

All our classes are designed with love and care to help you strengthen your body and mind and learn powerful techniques for helping you create more peace and happiness in your every day life.

Yoga Classes, Retreats and Socials

Flow Fitness offers yoga classes, retreats and socials in the Lincolnshire countryside, as well as online coaching and courses.

In-person classes are currently being held by Rachel Metcalfe, in Swayfield, Corby Glen and Burton Coggles - just 20 minutes, by car, from Grantham and Bourne, in Lincolnshire.
