The Flow Studio Began with a Departure

 

When I left the UK for Bali, I was excited…
but part of me was heartbroken.

I had built a beautiful yoga community at home —people I cared for deeply, people who trusted me and friendships that went way beyond the yoga class.

And when I left, I didn’t want that connection to disappear.

In Bali, surrounded by warm jungle mornings I filmed my first flows so my UK students could keep practicing with me.

Those classes held the energy of healing, softness, and new beginnings. They became the foundation of what The Flow Studio is today.

Mexico: The Next Chapter

 

Fast forward to now, and The Flow Studio has grown into something deeper.

Here in Playa del Carmen — teaching barefoot on the beach at sunset — I feel the same magic I felt in Bali… but with a new layer of warmth, community, and ocean energy.
